Some parents do care where on the net their kid(s) go (which sites they access); and some don't give a rats ass where they go or if they run amok.

What's your opinion?

I only let my kids on friv.com, everything else is blocked for the time being.

I put Parental control on myself.

Actually I have some explicit material level of control. It does not block everything, but it blocks a lot, especially while using the search engine. I really don't care to see much more than what I am looking for.

I monitor what my nephew is doing, when he is here... he is 17 yrs. Plus he gets a whole lot of talk from me. It's not going to stop him, in no way... but at least I can try to model healthy viewing material. (I am pretty strict in some ways of thinking and try to explain my reason for doing so)

I do have access to his photobucket and certain other sites, I don't pry into everything, I definitely don't lie about looking and I make it known I swing by from time to time.

What more can we do... , other than threaten their life... ~Kidding~
