Damn... what a day at the used disc store! I traded in 112 discs that I didn't give a shit about and got 22 new discs with a value of over $350 retail, 2 videogames for my son (each $50) and a gift card for $12... for a total of $462 for 112 discs.

God, I love Hastings. that's sexy IceNine... but I must have a problem... I can never get rid of music. I;m talking Milli Vanilli, Max-A-Million's "Fatboy", and yes, Ace of Base. You name it. It's all still valuable, and hey, I still wake up at 3AM every once in a while dying for "2 Legit 2 Quit". Shut up. Oh shit, my hat done fell off

Such is a display of the variance in musical tastes... ALSO: I traded 88 discs that they offered $1 each for and got 22 new discs... I used discs that they offered more than $1 for and got a gift card that purchased the video games... I then got another gift card for $12. If I had taken the $1 per disc and not the 22 new discs, I would have gotten $88 for 88 discs. ... Are Radiohead really that good?
They are hardly ever on the charts and yet every1 who likes that genre of music talk about them and they are always winning prestigious awards. I wanted 2 borrow The Bends off my sister but she said being a Prince fan and a fan of black music mostly I wouldnt appreciate the "slit yo wrists" theme of Radiohead. Should I give them a good seeing to?? "...because no-one gets there alone." - "...I like the floor. It's the only thing that seems real."

Oh! Before I forget Ice... Sir Mix-a-Lot is coming to Sacramento. The Goo Goo Dolls and Default and other useless bands as well in a holiday concert. My friend is dragging me to it, and I was trying to get out of it but after Sir signed on, I've been hyped since. If the weather permits as it has, I might just wear my daisy dukes.
