The roomie and I are drinking beer-tinis! And by that I mean, somehow on the way into the house from getting groceries we broke our beer cans. 
Not wanting to commit alcohol abuse by letting the beer all spill out, we grabbed the nearest glasses to put it in -martini glasses. And we have proceeded to start drinking.

Next time, you can make an actual Beertini!
Peaches N Stella Beertini Fill cocktail shaker 1/3 full with Stella Beer Add 1/4 cup premium peach flavored vodka Add 1/4 cup white cranberry or peach juice Add ice until shaker is full...shake. Pour contents through strainer into a chilled martini glass; garnish with a slice of fresh peach. Stout Float Beertini Fill cocktail shaker 1/3 full with stout beer (preferably, one that begins with a "G") Add 1/4 cup premium vanilla flavored vodka Add 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream Add ice until shaker is full...shake. Dip rim of chilled martini glass into whipped cream; pour contents through strainer into martini glass. Beach Bum Beertini Fill cocktail shaker with: 2 parts Tequila 1 part Corona 1 part Malibu Mix or fruit juice of choice Add ice, shake, pour into chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange wedge & cherry on a cocktail spear. | |
