Actually, the "general population" doesn't even know who Gloria Steinem is--especially not now. She was beautiful in her day, and for her age she still is. I didn't say she wasn't as attractive as the others because of her age--I used the term "age-appropriate", as in prefering to be cast with someone who is not my mother/grandmother's age. My primary issue is that, once again, I'm being stereotyped as the Org Feminist. Which has come at a cost to me. People don't see or comment much on the other things I talk about, and I get poked fun at for it. You meant no harm, but it spoke deeply of how I'm perceived compared to the others.

1) Considering this isn't really gonna be a movie, I didn't think things such as "age appropriateness" would really need to be an issue to consider when "casting"...hell, marlon Brando isn't age appropriate for Ben, either...neither is Teller's...and Nep's choice isn't even "species appropriate"...and bkw's choice isn't even a mammal...and I'm a cat taking a shit while readin' the LA Times...lol...

2) I'm pretty sure that Gloria Steinem is indeed known to most of the general populace, if by name only...

3) I'm definitelly sad to hear that being seen as the "Org Resident Feminist" has come at any cost...
