PrintableMy wife and kid have come to grips with the org as an odd, new part of me... sort of like an unforeseen terminal illness.  I don't think my friends quite appreciate just how much time I spend here... instead of hanging out with them. 
On some level, though, there's an appreciate for all the diversity of thought I have access to here. Often when an argument or tough question comes up, I'm told to refer it to the org for counsel and opinions.  Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

The SO who I used to be with was the one who brought me to the Org. My current SO just knows that I have friends who I have met here and who I invite to stay with me and he doesn't get that at all. I keep my orging in the closet 
Before only my brother knew about it, and he teases me about it but this year I've had to explain this site to more people since I've met so many of you.... My real life fam/friends we begining to wonder who I was going to visit in NY and how the hell I knew anyone from Australia  If you will, so will I | |

Ok, so I just spent 5 minutes figuring that SO was Significant other and not like That's so...
Now I can answer. Yes, my hubby totally teases me. I tuck him in at night and he's like "Hurry up your Prince girlfriends are waiting".

The few friends who've found out either don't get it or tease me. My best friend sorta understands. The oddest thing was being teased for orging by someone I met here. | |

My daughter and brother tease me about coming on her all the time. Friends find it odd that i come on here and talk to strangers and especially that I got help with my laptop on here  And a coworker recently caught me on here and teased me about it
