It seems very odd that at 10 am this woman would be knocking back vodka shots and smoking blunts with a carful of children....

If she's drinking/smoking on purpose, why would she call her brother to say she isn't feeling well.

If she regularly drank/smoked like this, how did her family not know and let her continue to drive, especially with the children.

Not that people don't drink/smoke and drive but this story just makes no apparent sense. Either she was suicidal for some unknown reason, or someone spiked her shit.
