I think Eggs is at the very least under some sort of spell of Maryanne's and once he got far enough away, his mind cleared a bit. I think that the hike he and Tara took was to the location of another orgy/sacrifice and that the sacrifice was Miss Jeanette. I so think Andy is going to save Sam Maybe he stumbles close enough to the location that Maryanne lets the spell go for the moment and he gets away. Why didn't Sam just turn into a dog??? Maybe he couldn't because Maryanne can control that in him??? I'm firmly planted in denial

I cannot believe I guessed it! Daphne is Maryanne's boar! Poor Sam!!! And Lafayette! He's got vampire PTSD!!! That flashback scene of Lorena and Bill! LORDY!! Blood, blood, blood! It was gross! I loved it! Looks like Jason's finally cracked! He tried to hold out, but Sarah pulled the "God wants this" card and Jason is nothing if not a good Christian! NOTE: I'm being a smartass there ya'll. Don't get any knickers in a twist. Once again, I can't wait to see what happens next week! I keep forgetting which episode it is edit... [Edited 7/26/09 20:45pm] I actually found this episode to be a bit boring. Thought of it as the calm before the storm. A lead-in to next weeks episode of fireworks. I can't wait. And why did they give away the fact that Sam got away?

lazycrockett said: So is Eric going to swoop in and save sookie since bill is preoccupied n thus starting the love triangle business that was mentioned at the convention?
N why did Maryann's powers effect Tara this time when it hasn't the last couple? N is the drunk ex sheriff gonna save our cute lil doggie? Actually the last episode when Eggs finally got her upstairs they did affect her. That's why she fell to them so quickly this time. Location: Inside your mind, don't you hear me talking to you?

Another super fun episode, I love this show
I cracked up at the image of demon-eyed Eggs doing demon-eyed Tara doggy style on the backyard, it was so silly, lol. And I always giggle whenever Andy Bellefleur shouts Pig!

I just finally got a chance to watch this episode. Holy crap! Great ep. Sex, blood, suspense--that's what got me into this show in the first place. This season is building up nicely. The humor in here is great too. This show always makes me laugh out loud at least a couple times per episode.

This week my fave was the defeated cop: "But he's a suspect" Mine was the line about "God's an open-minded guy. To a point." And then: "Jason Stackhouse. Celibate." "Doesn't that sound good?" "Not really."
