I’m gonna be a home owner! EEP!
I got a call from my realtor an hour ago saying my offer has been accepted. I’m SOOOOO excited!!! This is where I’m gonna be living: http://www.thechicagolofts.com/gallery/ My place is a one bedroom loft with SUPER tall ceilings and exposed brick and a HUGE window with a view to forever, there’s a fitness room and a community/party room on the roof with views all the way to St Paul on one side and downtown Mpls in the other and a pool table and outdoor grill. In the base of the building is the midtown global market, so I can wander down in my PJs and buy fresh produce, a Mexican coke, some asian spices, a handmade wicker basket and get a coffee. It’s also situated on the greenway, a bicycle and walking/running path that runs from Uptown to the river.  |
