No, it's not just you

I can't do prissy little rat dogs. (but a lot of our friends do and I know they can be sweet) All our dogs have always been either mutts or breeds that are either large or rough around the edges/goofy.
I rough house with ours and I'd be afraid to break one of those tiny ones.
