The jeans problem is easily solved.

All he needs are some that sit a tad lower (nothing extreme - a couple inches below the waist would be fine) - and that don't have a tapered leg. Straight...boot-cut...either would be fine.

He should not wear skinny jeans - he got too much ass for that. By the time he fits his butt, the legs will be tapered rather than skinny. And we're back to mom jeans again. Waist high / tapered leg is pretty much the definition of mom jeans.
