True Blood 2.5 "Never Let Me Go" *Spoilers* Great show!
Slow pacing continues! Maryanne is ROTTEN!! Who hadn't figured out Daphne was a shape shifter? I was thinking probably so as she survived a manaed (sp?) scratch. Lafayette He's still so twisted by what happened. I love how it is making him rethink his life. I like the changes Alan Ball has made with Barry the Bellboy. Jason is killing me! I still love this storyline. You can tell Jason only thinks with his dick. The Rev shows him his hidden arcenal of weapons, and Jason STILL let's the Rev's wife give him a handjob in the tub. Guess he thinks the weapons will only hurt vampires. [Edited 7/19/09 19:11pm] I'm firmly planted in denial

The girl at the end (coming down the hall) was not the same as the vampire lady in the white suit, was it?
BTW the Cowboy vampire with the beard...

first things first Jason in the tub... I wish I could help! goodness.
BTW. Jason didn't tell Sookie he was in that cult did he? I forget. Maryann's always got the good fruit all out and yummy. I said last week i'd like to party with her so this week I think I'll add I'd like to brunch with her aswell. Real strange she doesn't have a house of her own I hope Lafayette can snap out of it. I fell asleep and missed the end I think... I'll have to watch it again later tonight. [Edited 7/19/09 19:50pm] 12/05/2011

We've said the same thing about Maryanne That shocked me about her not having her own house and Tara, just letting everyone move in. Sookie will NOT be pleased I can't wait to see where Lafayette goes I'm firmly planted in denial

Just started watching a week ago. The episodes air like 20 times a week, so I don't worry about missing it the first run. I would love to watch the 1st season online. Any suggestions for that? So far only seen fanmade snippets. I love Sam! He and Tara should be together, no matter how messed up they are. "Funkyslsistah… you ain't funky at all, you just a little ol' prude"!

OK HERE IS MY QUESTION:
If Sam and Daphne lose themselves in the throws of passion and we peek in their window, will we see a dog doin' a deer? : Inquiring minds want to know. [Edited 7/19/09 21:05pm]

Checking in with all you other geeks after each episode has become half the fun for me. I really look forward to Sunday nights. [Edited 7/19/09 21:57pm] Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

Does Sam have more than two fucking shirts??? He's always in the brown one with the plaid trim or the blue plaid one. [Edited 7/20/09 7:31am]

This has been my favorite episode so far this season. Stuff is about to get C.R.A.Z.Y!!!!
* Jason has always left me unimpressed, but suddenly I love him. He's got such a good heart, but he's dumb as a box of hair! I think his tryst with the reverend's wife has come on a bit too quickly (the sexual tension had been great), but this promises to be an interesting development. * So the mission to Dallas is to find Eric's maker!?!?! That's a fantastic twist, though I'm a bit disappointed in that in his recollection they didn't suggest Godrich was Eric's "Father, brother, child" ... and lover. We wouldn't even have to see Eric in any man-on-man action, but I think that would have added an awesome depth to his personality -- and it would be a subtle nod to his characterization in the books. * SCNDLS is right. That vamp chick at the end (who was working that hallway ) was Bill's maker (that's why the prologue included the scene where she made him). And I predict we're about to see some proverbial vaseline being busted out and some earrings and shoes coming off over Bill. * I hope they bring Barry the Bellboy back. * Michelle Forbes is doing a great job. I'm definitely starting to HATE Maryann. Can't wait to see where that plotline is going. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

I wonder how you get rid of someone like that. It'd be fascinating if Tara's mom had to save her. Her faith so far has been a running joke in the show, and it would be a really interesting vindication if she essentially had to pray or exorcise Maryann out of Tara's life. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου
