Guillermo del Toro pretty much disowned Mimic. The producers didnt allow him to direct as he seen fit.
ive only seen it once and i cant remember it smile
Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!
woot!

I liked Kite Runner but a lot of my friends think the story-line is totally unbelievable shrug

i thought for a horror/sci fi movie it looked great, the visuals were nice and there was some decent acting. now whether or not six foot roaches in trench coats can blend in with the general population...i don't know

'For once, I wish a guy would take a dump on my chest.' falloff

It's actually an excellent satire of the genre.

I tried with this one. It had a lot of jokes in it. Jam packed with them, in fact. It just wasn't that funny for some reason.

50 First Dates. biggrin

I am a right old soppy sod when it comes to this one. I love the soundtrack (Wouldn't It Be Nice, Izrael Whatisname doing Somewhere Over The Rainbow, Fergie doing True), and just jthe overall nice-ness of it all, tinged with that bitterness of the memory loss every day. Makes me cry too. sad
Just somewhere in the middle,
Not too good and not too bad.

Yeah, many Eddie Murphy moveis would probably go into that category. I also like all kinds of B-rate monster movie trash, but I guess those don't really count since it's a rather widespread thing to be into such titles.

Since I am an 80s kid, I can remember this type of stuff being more important to us in our neighbourhood than religion:

I would actually consider the third part the most sophisticated of the bunch, but the villains in that one aren't terribly good.

Hellraiser 5 is best of the exploitative sequels in the series. In fact, I consider it a rather serious psychological horror title.
