Why is anyone surprised by this? The shit that Palahniuk talked about going on in restaurants and hotels in Fight Club is true. Moral of the story? Don't be an asshole customer if you don't want something like this happening. I've heard of bugs, roaches, and hair, but a bloody tampon?  With the Dominoes incident, at least they didn't serve that mess to the customers. | |

It is if they get caught, but it's rare that fellow employees will snitch on those sneaking grossness into food, especially if they witnessed the customer behaviour.
