I googled him.
I'd say he's neither. 
A far cry from ugly, but not really my type, so I wouldn't call him sexy either. |

He's...um...hot-ly challenged for sure.
He's got a very ugly mouth, imo. AND it looks like a soccor ball smashed into the right side of his face, pushing everything over to the left. AND he looks like an obnoxious jock to the max.
