I went to school with a girl in junior high whose hair was greasy, and looked like she never washed it. Not sure what the story was behind it, but her hair always looked matted down and looked like it had Crisco in it. Personally it's not my problem that the government failed to monitor the water levels over the past 10 + years. If they had, they would have constructed a pipeline within that timeline for desalination and society would not be in dire straits. And so now they expect peeps to have 3 minute showers (eeeek) and only water gardens on certain days (unless a tank has been installed etc). Anyways U get the drift huh. | |
