ULTIMATELY it is this, if this had been a Black American woman that was sliced up, then "mainstream America" would not EVEN be upset about it. Thanks and appreciate the hugs{HOWEVER, there was no malice in my heart while composing this post...so please I ask you, don't try to make it appear as if I'm angry and hostile...cause this is certainly not the case }. Thanks for the input but you're just two individuals{and I truly believe that you two are sincere in what you feel}. Perhaps I shouldn't have said "mainstream America" and left it at that. But I'm willing to bet that they're a substantial amount of people who are saying..."it's not about race...it's about someone getting killed" knowing good and well that's not what they feel in their heart.


When the verdict was rendered, I was working at this grocery store warehouse in the upscale part of Atlanta {where mostly whites resides at}. When the verdict was read, I got cold vibes from nearly all white customers during my whole shift. Then a few of my co-workers came in and said that as they were crossing the street to come to work...a few whites in a couple of cars yelled out "OJ is guilty...you niggers...that f---g nigger is guilty for killing that white woman" and actually tried to run over them. And I don't see ANY reason why they would have to lie about this account.

As I'm sure you know...a person can say spew anything out of their mouth...but deep within is where the true truth resides. Once again, I truly believe you two mean what you say.

Tell you what..we're serving up some good ole' old school R&B tracks over there in the Non Prince Music Forum...perhaps we could party over there?
