Lots of uncircumsized babies look like that, but after puberty, if the foreskin doesn't stretch to allow the head of the penis to be exposed then its time to see a doctor. This is the medical reason why men should be circumsized. Before this situation I never thought there was real reason for circumcision, I stand corrected now. Now I am glad both my boys are cut.
