The swimsuits, though, are coming under a LOT of scrutiny. That would definitely cloud the issue where swimmers are concerned for GOAT. | |

Remember that 9ft+ jump he did that was erroneously ruled a foul? The toe of his shoe was overhanging the board but didn't make a mark. I really hope he was clean. He had a couple of iffy moments later in his career but seems to have been clean in the prime. Is it possible to really know though?
