After all these years of interviews, I'm starting to wonder if there is such a thing as a perfect job I just want a job where I am content with what I am doing, but I'm starting to wonder if it will ever happen-anybody else experience the same feeling? I mean sure I make a living in my profession, but I want a job that satisfies me Is that asking to much?

No it's not asking too much, I feel the same way you do, but your life is what you make it. If you are working a job you aren't completely satisfied in, then keep looking until you find out what fulfills you. If that means jumping from corporate america, to an animal shelter, then so be it. But maybe you need to do some soul searching, or involve yourself in some hobbies you've always thought you would like. Thats a good way to start off and see if a career change is for you. That's the job you want. But you have to determine what you enjoy and would do every day.You have to decide, do you want, money, time, satisfaction, etc.
A job isn't going to turn into something wonderful, if you didn't think it was something wonderful walking in the door.

I don't see myself working for corporate america the rest of my life. I'm saving my earnings now for capital in order to start up my own business.

Sorry to ramble, but as you can see, the opportunities are endless. But you must motivate yourself to pull yourself out of the "unfulfilling" phase. Its hard, I know that for myself, but all you need is a little faith. Whether this new direction you have for yourself is to start a new business or to go into a new career change, you can do some volunteer work, or do an internship. It'll look great on your resume and attractable to other employers.
