It's just as bad as walking down a street and a bunch of construction guys are whistling and all kinds of sexy comments being thrown at me. I've had that.

I don't think those dudes did anything wrong, really. So they thought you were cute and were bold enough to say they wanted to hang out...at least you didn't get them being vulgar with you.

And of course guys talking to random girls works....as long as the chick thinks they are hot.

Some hot dude talks to me and I'm responding for sure.

If he's ugly...I'm disgusted. lol

hmmm

I hear what you’re saying. Kind of. But I still don’t like it. It could be the “hottest” man I’ve ever seen, if he’s yelling at me from across the street I’m gonna find it gross and tacky. And the bus guy was super sleazy as well.

I think it adds another dimension as well when the guys are in groups and I am alone. There’s an intimidation factor that’s downright creepy.

I just don’t think being left alone is asking too much.

lol

That just about sums it up

Look every first approach a guy makes is going to have some element of randomness about it

and what girl is going to be interested in a guy that doesn't even have the cajones to come over and engage them in some sort of conversation

i think it's the shouting from across the road in large groups that us guys need to avoid smile

Exactly.

A 'Hey. love your hair' or whatever is kinda cute to me. "I wanna fuck your hot pussy' is obviously not cute at all.

I'd rather wait out for hot and not gross personality wise. Hot guys are everywhere, you don't have to just jump on the first one that comes along.

Exactly.

If anything, Ace's approach is most apt to work. Ask me about something I'm reading.

Although even then, if the guy's not cute I'll be annoyed I was bothered and if he is it won't matter 'cause I'm shy and won't be able to talk anyway.

There's a reason I'm single, folks. neutral

I think it has to relate in some way (the line that is) to the person or situation

If you are just gonna roll out some line you always use it's gonna come off insincere

We all want to feel a bit unique and if you feel like this is the 19th time the line has been used that day it's not happening smile

Tremolina

There are quite a few men who actually do think like: Hey, if I try it a hundred times surely one of those chicks would fall for it! And they are probably right, if they would try a hundred times. I couldn't even begin to try five. lol

I don't have any pick up lines, never have, never will. I tried a couple when I was a teenager but I just felt like an idiot. Usually I take a look first to see what she might like to talk about or I just start a random conversation, crack a joke or make a compliment.

And sometimes I look a girl down to check if she can handle that. Usually they can't, but some can. Those are the best. lol

I agree with some people here. Some ladies will fall for it. SO I guess men are like "hey why not try"

When i was 19, a guy came into my job and just walked up to me and handed me his phone and told me to put my number in it. I guess he was expecting me to say no because he's tried it before and got turned down. But I took the phone and put my REAL number in it. He looked at me and said "for real" lol . I think its because I always find a guy with a little confidence (not cockiness) cute!

Too bad when he called me he asked for the wrong girl but falloff

I don't think women fall for anything to be honest. They just make the choice to play along, that's all.

Yep.

dont make no damn sense disbelief

but then there's the lady who will laugh and smile. Keep it shorty and breezy. And keep it movin' . Thats the woman who is hip to the shit men like to talk.

Then there is the woman who's gonna check the man out from head to toe. See what kinda clothes he got on. What kinda shoes he's wearin'. Trynna estimate in her head how much money she can work out of him. Thats the golddigger falloff

Then its the woman thats either hip to the game or not hip to it. Either way he just made her feel special so..... lol

Now thats a 2 out of 3 chance he's gonna get some play
