Films: Grey Gardens, at least half of the Star Wars movies, Koyaanisqatsi, Waiting for Guffman, XANADU!!!, and most anything by John Waters, Woody Allen or David Lynch.

TV Shows: Mostly comedies. Strangers With Candy, Seinfeld, All in the Family, Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman (it was funny, though not always funny ha-ha), Laugh-In, SNL (old skool SNL, anyway), SCTV, SQUARE PEGS!!!. In terms of not-funny TV, Twin Peaks comes to mind first and foremost. I like Lost, though last season got on my nerves. Heroes is good...I know last season was kind of lame, but I was able to stick with 'em. Recently I've been watching the old "Batman: The Animated Series" on DVD and it's absolutely gorgeous. I've been watching my BF's "Scrubs" DVDs for the first time - never seen it before - and I will finally admit that just from looking at publicity photos you actually can't tell that it's a crappy show. lol

Actors: Klaus Kinski, Crispin Glover

Actresses: Catherine Deneuve, Karen Black, Parker Posey, Mia Farrow, Judy Davis, Laura Dern, Mary Vivian Pearce, Mink Stole...can this list get any gayer? Was Minnie Pearl considered an actress? She was awesome.

Hobbies: Everything I do is riddled with angst at best and ennui at least. If I have hobbies, I can't tell them from my burdens. But I mean that in a fun way.

Sports to Play: You know. The sports that people who hate sports like. Bowling. Pool. Miniature golf. Skeeball. Drinking craft beer.

Sports Teams: The Decemberists?

Outdoor Activities: Gross. You KNOW I hate nature! (okay, FINE: I like to walk. A lot. Usually when I have a destination, but sometimes I just like the exercise and meditative quality of a long walk.)

Bands/Musicians: The Green Bay Dolphins?

Songs/CDs: I just listened to the first half of the new Chicks on Speed album, "Cutting the Edge", and it's kicking my ass. I think Fred Schneider does a Transmississippi Phone Rap on one of the songs on this album.

Foods: Indian food, first and foremost. After that, I love a good falafel sandwich with a side order of stuffed grape leaves and an appetizer of baba ghanouj and warm pita bread. After that, I don't give a damn. A plate with a big veggie burrito and a side of mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. And if that isn't available, gimme an enormous paper cone filled with piping hot french fries. Oh god. Now I want *ALL* of this. drool

Cereals: Honey Nut Cheerios is my usual, but I'm experimenting with Cracklin' Oat Bran right now. It's kind of gross, huh? pout

Cookies: Nutter Butters.

Candy Bars: KING SIZED 5th Avenue bars. The regular sized aren't peanut buttery enough.

Alcoholic Drinks: Long Island Iced Tea. Cuz if I'm gonna drink, I might as well DRINK. Though if I'm just sipping to be sassy, a mojito will do quite nicely.

Non-Alcoholic: Vanilla Coke Zero, Diet Dr. Pepper, Izze soda (pear is my favorite, but it's hard to find; grapefruit and pomegranate come in a near-distant second), pomegranate juice (the less concentrated/corn-syrupy, the better), orange juice, COFFEE, roasted yerba mate, green tea, rice tea, FRESH lemonade (again, none of that syrupy crap) and sometimes just good ol' icewater.

OK, but I warned you.

Films: I can't remember the last film I watched and really loved.

TV Shows: I don't watch tv anymore.

Actors: shrug

Actresses: even more shrug

Hobbies: I don't really have any. I guess I've taken up running. And sometimes I watch dvds. And I moderate a few discussion forums on a music fansite.

Sports to Play: I don't.

Sports Teams: See above.

Outdoor Activities: That would be the running. I walk too.

Bands/Musicians: I really like a Hot Chip mix someone gave me for my birthday. And LCD Soundsystem.

Songs/CDs: See above.

Foods: Mainly Indian and Thai and ooey gooey baked desserts that are horrible for me.

Cereals: I eat Kashi Go Lean Crunch with organic yogurt every single weekday morning for breakfast. I don't eat any other cereal.

Cookies: I don't remember the last time I had a cookie, but my friend Darin makes super yummy cookies of many varieties every year for Xmas. So Darin's Xmas cookies.

Candy Bars: I don't eat candy bars, really. I had a $9 bar of fancy chocolate a month ago or so that was divine. I ate it over about 4 days. I think maybe I should go get another. I don't remember the name of the maker.

Alcoholic Drinks: I'm all about the kir royale these days.

Non-Alcoholic: I love mango juice but I never get to drink it. I make a mean limeade with fresh limes, but I haven't had any since last summer. I'll have to do that soon.
