What is the most beautiful thing..... We must remember to celebrate life...so lets stop and smell the roses. What is the most touching and beautiful thing a child has ever said or done in your presence? Going to church doesn’t make you a Christian, any more than standing in a garage makes you a car.

out of the blue...my 12 year old girl ran into the room like the house was on fire---jumped on me, hugged me, kissed me and yelled out "I love you!!!". Then she ran out of the room as fast as she came in..... Going to church doesn’t make you a Christian, any more than standing in a garage makes you a car.

lots of stuff... but I will never forget my niece many years ago now
It was mother's day and my mom and my sister's were getting their cards and presents and Sarah felt bad, came and gave me a hug and told me it wasn't fair because I was like a mother too.

I sometimes would have the kids help me make breakfast-in-bed for mom on her b-day & such.
Last year for Father's Day, don't you know that they surprised me by doing it for me unassisted??? It was just cold cereal with toast & orange juice, but it was the best Father's Day present I've ever gotten By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory!

My kid is so I can't remember, as a boy he's very sensitive and social, he's always kissing and hugging me, saying how much he loves me. What I thought was very touching but also very sad was a couple of weeks ago. He started talking (again) about dying, he didn't want me to die (hell, I ain't leaving for the following 60 years) and then said, when you die, I will crawl underneath the stone and lay next to you.... damn, I get tears in my eyes again. I hate it when he says things like that, I love him so much.

My 4 kids are very loving, all 4 of them aged 25 to 6. They are the type that will say, I love you Mom before they go any where.

Wow..there is so many things. But something that stands out the most...my son when he was about 6 or 7, he said to me..."Mommy, when I was in heaven, I looked down and saw you and I told God, I want her to be my Mommy!"
That moment brings tears to my eyes every time I think of it. Proud Memaw to Seyhan Olivia Christine ,Zoey Cirilo Jaylee & Ellie Abigail Lillian

when I babysit my 2 year old cousin, if he's awake he'll cry when it's time for me to go. the first time he did it i got all teary eyed I didn't think I'd be very good at taking care of children but I guess i'm not so bad if he's enjoying the time we spend together that much and to tell his parents "no" and shew[sp?] them away so i can stay.
and how he's so quick to show me things i've seen a million times, such as frogs, spiders and birds. I don't mind tho because it's like I can see them the way he does. or atleast i try to. life is awesome in those moments. [Edited 7/1/09 20:21pm] 12/05/2011
