What is the most beautiful thing.....

We must remember to celebrate life...so lets stop and smell the roses. What is the most touching and beautiful thing a child has ever said or done in your presence?
Going to church doesn’t make you a Christian, any more than standing in a garage makes you a car.

out of the blue...my 12 year old girl ran into the room like the house was on fire---jumped on me, hugged me, kissed me and yelled out "I love you!!!". Then she ran out of the room as fast as she came in.....

I sometimes would have the kids help me make breakfast-in-bed for mom on her b-day & such.

Last year for Father's Day, don't you know that they surprised me by doing it for me unassisted???

It was just cold cereal with toast & orange juice, but it was the best Father's Day present I've ever gotten touched

My kid is so mushy I can't remember, as a boy he's very sensitive and social, he's always kissing and hugging me, saying how much he loves me.

What I thought was very touching but also very sad was a couple of weeks ago. He started talking (again) about dying, he didn't want me to die (hell, I ain't leaving for the following 60 years) and then said, when you die, I will crawl underneath the stone and lay next to you.... damn, I get tears in my eyes again. I hate it when he says things like that, I love him so much.

My 4 kids are very loving, all 4 of them aged 25 to 6. They are the type that will say, I love you Mom before they go any where. cloud9

Wow..there is so many things. But something that stands out the most...my son when he was about 6 or 7, he said to me..."Mommy, when I was in heaven, I looked down and saw you and I told God, I want her to be my Mommy!"

That moment brings tears to my eyes every time I think of it.

That's sweet. My 13 year old daughter gives me hugs and kisses, too.

when I babysit my 2 year old cousin, if he's awake he'll cry when it's time for me to go. the first time he did it i got all teary eyed giggle I didn't think I'd be very good at taking care of children but I guess i'm not so bad if he's enjoying the time we spend together that much and to tell his parents "no" and shew[sp?] them away so i can stay. touched

and how he's so quick to show me things i've seen a million times, such as frogs, spiders and birds. I don't mind tho because it's like I can see them the way he does. or atleast i try to. life is awesome in those moments.
