What's the worst part about your periods. Wondering from a males point of view because I've only experienced them through your emotional/irritablility phase.

Please. Enlighten me.

OMG...it can feel as bad as having the stomach flu sometimes...IT SUCKS!!!

I don't normally have bad ones, so I'll say, either just the annoyance of knowing you're on it...

Or, when I do have pain, it's normally in the back, in which case I pop some pills and hope to die. But it's very rare.

When I was in high school I got cramps so bad all I could do was stay home and lie in the fetal position for hours!

Now I just get depressed for a day or two before I get it. Not crabby, just blue.

What I go through is pains in my back, cramps, tenderness in the tits and last but least I have to stay away from deep red foods and candy because it makes it come down even more then I care to go thru.

Goin thruogh a box of 40 tampons only to end up with maybe 8 or less. I would like to have at least half for next month. I always get a real bad case of RUBY that's what I call my monthly.

I have to go with the moodiness. One minute I'm laughing and the next minute I'll cry. There's no control over it and it just sucks. The cramps are bad but I'd rather deal with that than being an emotional mess.

back pain, cramps, bloating, an overall feeling of yuk. odor, too. i hate smelling bad and making a mess in my clothes when it first starts. also, moods swings make it hard for me to relate to others
