my 95 year old maternal grandmother

Took her sleeping tablet. After a little while she got to wondering if she could still do push-ups.

She couldn't, so she got back up and went to bed.

I don't know lol what do they give little old ladies for long term use? She's probably needed help getting to sleep for the last 30 years.
