I need help with a MOVIE TITLE!

A guy, his best friend, and his rich girlfriend take a boat out to sea in some South American (I think?) country.

The take along another guy whose the rich son of one of the girl's father's clients.

Anyways, her jealous boyfriend throws the rich guy overboard with a float, and they leave him there for a couple of hours. When they return he's gone.

The rest of the movie ends up being a pyschological thriller of sorts and the characters all make the wrong decisions.

At the end of the movie we all discover the rich son that was thrown overboard was an excellent swimmer and swam back to shore.

Anybody know the name of this movie? HELP!
