I agree Uptown, especially with all the negative reporting within the media regarding Black youth. You don't see too many positive news reports like this one about a 14 year old black male, involved in a medical breakthrough. My co-workers were nice enough to share the story with me. There's already too much focus on the negative activities of youth. This article was taken from Black Voices from AOL, a section that features articles on the successes/achievements, lifestyles, health-related information, entertainment, careers etc., targeted to the African-American community. So the title from the story fits the source where the information was obtained. I applaud this young man for his achievements. I have a feeling we'll be hearing a lot more about him in the future.
