Creeps... Does your "flight" or your "fight" response emerge?

Two men and two incidents within ten days and I feel sick.
While I stopped both I am disappointed in myself that I didn't handle things
differently. I wish my fight response would have been my first instinct!


Anyone want to share your creep stories and make me feel better? or empowered?

What happened?

breast fondling. I had downplayed the first incident (isn't that human nature?) but with the second unrelated incident it just magnified it.

second creep is my cousin's husband. we (family) gave him a free ride 15 years ago. fucker should have had charges for what he did.

i'm so incensed that i think if it happened to me again the "fight" response would emerge.
but i can't be sure. that urge to deny that he just did what he did is pretty damn strong.


I have to tell my cousin.

For sure tell her. I sure as hell would.

I've never really been in a situation like that. The closest thing would be having to deal with the roommate of a bf I had at the time coming on to me, trying to touch me, to get me to sleep with him one late, druken night. My fight response came up in that situation. I was pissed.

The only person who ever touched me without invitation was his one kid at school when I was about 14 and I didn't need to wear a bra yet.
This kid and his friend were seeing how many boob grabs they could do it one day. It was a hit and run, unfortunately in his haste to get away he kind of tripped over my foot and his head crazed a glass door at school and he valiantly took the punishment (or rather his parents did, as they had to pay for they door).
