It's amazing the differences of quality when it comes to makeup, I've been using the 'holy trinity' for a few years now and can't go back to other brands. U know what though John I've found there are other expensive brands that I can't use for other reasons like allergies. Clinique & I cannot be friends because it gave me hives and skin rash years ago after one application, lol the bitch! So yah quality works for me... Makeup artist and drag both. As a makeup artist I used to get "gratis" products. The only cheap makeup on my face was usually eyeliner (L'oreall liquid) and foundation (Max Factor pan stick, cuz it's like the heaviest shit out there to cover up any shadow, I so don't recommend it for real women ). I always see Clinique as high-end for teens. I hear yah. Wow definately the perfect occupation all that beauty and creation is so yum. During my teens MF pan stick was used on my skin and other dancers by the makeup artist for when performing onstage for jazz ballet concerts yah I remember it being heavy along with the heavy and bright eye makeup lol. As for Clinique I tried it when I was I think 17 and broke out big time lol didn't agree with my skin. Do U still do makeup now or retired from it? *Sorry jacked the thread peeps but this is subject matter is quality stuff*

I got away from doing makeup as a profession when we moved to our first home. It was rural, and you were lucky the women shaved, let alone there being much work for makeup artists. I have been painting full time for the past 8 or so years. Ok, thread jack over.

I'll just say a person I know was passed over many times for people who had just come in and were automatically promoted. So when I step into a Borders I don't feel entirely excited to be there that's a sucky borders in general. i much prefered the one in boystown, at the corner of broadway and clark. whatever you get up to in the toilet doesn't concern Tiff
