I like Tatoos but not Big ones on myself.

Someone like Pink totally pulls it off.(a lot of visible ink)

I am not a big fan of the way they look when wearing something elegant or frilly though. Like backless/sleeveless evening gown.
I think if you've got a lot of ink you should work with it (go edgy) when doing a "dressy" look rather than trying to go too soft.

Well, I dig mine. I've got 7 so far, with every intention of being heavily tattooed eventually.

One look I love on women (though you have to be physically small to pull it off) is being heavily tattooed while wearing a baby doll dress, bows, and pigtails. The contradiction is just too yummy.
