Everyone should see it! although we didn't like Shoot Em Up as much it was mercifully short - I guess I should have known how much shooting there was gonna be from the title but it was actually a very nice looking movie, lots of greens and purples and orange carrots and it had "The Ace of Spades" and Monica Belluci cleavage so it was OK, I give it 2 stars. Where did Mr Smith get that weird rubber animatronic baby from?

I thought it was entertaining in its ridiculousness, but I admit I probably wouldn't have rented it if Monica Bellucci wasn't in it.

I watched Mermaids last night, and it made me so happy I love Cher! amd Winona! and Christina! I don't know why I hadn't seen this before, but I love it now... 8/10
Sex and Lucia was amazing too! I abosolutlely love the storyline and how it all comes together. Brilliant film.... 8.5/10 I ended up seeing The Proposal after opting out of seeing Transformers. It was a cute chick flick and a nice movie. I had a few laughs, and I certainly didn't mind staring at Ryan Reynolds for 90 minutes ....6.5/10 If you will, so will I

Transsiberian (out of five) - Entertaining thriller about an American couple that get mixed up with a drug smuggler and the KGB agents pursuing him while on a cross country Russian train. Some of the plot elements were a bit of a stretch, but still very good. Taken - Liam Neeson is a security agent that goes through anyone and everyone to find his kidnapped daughter in this fun, but predictable action film. Moon - Sci-fi mystery about a lone energy harvester working on the moon whose routine is disrupted by a new employee that appears to be ... himself? Very much worth seeing although the ending wasn't as grand as I had hoped. style edit [Edited 7/10/09 6:50am]

That was the very first thing I learned about the film when Anxiety first recommended it on that "which movies will you see" thread. The only time I thought about that during the movie was when astronaut Sam's alarm clock went off every morning playing some old rock song and I was waiting for it to one day play Bowie.

boring somewhat better, I didn't fall asleep during this one at least! this one was nice, a bit violent, but sea monster movies are always nice my mum had been to the location where it was filmed and talked a bit too much during the movie, which was filmed in NZ and supposedly set in Canada

very frustrating and depressing film, had it been european there wouldn't have been a happy ending believable and not too schmaltzy thank goodness, and one star just because Nick Cage kept his hair under a helmet for most of it haha! loved this one, had never heard of it, but it had some ripper dialogue and one of the funniest TV interviews I've ever seen.

out of 5 EXCELLENT movie! The acting was better than the past few ones, and for once I didn't squirm in my seat over the new Dumbledore. There was a bit too much dialogue for little kids, so be prepared for them to get a little antsy at times, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. It did stray from the book due to the various omissions, some of them GLARING, but overall one of my fav H.P. films so far. By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory!
