Do u ever think your Internet threads might outlive you? It's possible i suppose, what will happen to your posts? are they there to be forever googled forevermore?
Will your internet posts outlive you? anyone ever think about this besides me? I'd love my last post to be something substantial and important, but it'll probably be about Prince's latest album! bummer.

it's kind of funny to think about people my age who are just having kids, and the possibility of one day when they're older, the kids going back and digging up all of mom and dad's old internet posts.

Or your Grandkids or great Grandkids! by that point, no matter how offensive our posts were, they'll be thought of as quaint and charming. well, except for maybe imago's posts.

300 years from now, our descendants will be laughing at those who thought people wouldn't still be listening to and talking about DeBarge. My Legacy

I think about it because I think about everything anyway. My only thing is I try not to post much negativity, because it stays on the internet.
To me, usually if you say something in anger outside of the forum, it lasts like a few seconds, a few minutes maybe till the anger fades. However if you post something when you''re angry on a public forum, that negativity stays for much longer, for as long as the topic is around even though you might come back the next day and feel happy, that post is still there. So I consider those things when I post, and if I'm not too happy I tend to stay away (but overall I'm a happy person)
