So, I got the Valentinos last week, hotter than a muhfugga. Loving what these do for my patented strut.



I convinced myself that they really are the most practical shoe since I have another pair of Jimmy Choos that pair black leather with gold metal accents (the 3.25 inch heel I told you about, CSq) and I forgot about the $1200 Manolos that I got on sale last December yet still haven't worn that are also black leather with gold metal accents.

Despite all of this, yesterday after talking shoes with someone that will remain nameless, :cough:CSq:cough:, I decide to call Saks in Vegas to see if they have the Choos. They do but not exactly my size. I bought 'em anyway and I'm praying to the baby Jesus that they gouge my feet and cut off my circulation when they get here so I'll have to return them.

So these muthas came today & I ADORE THEM They're perfect w/ the purse & somehow don't feel as high as I thought - they're exactly the same height as another pair I can't walk in so I was worried, but I'm thinking that pair doesn't grip my foot enough & that's the main problem (my feet aren't that narrow, I think they just didn't make it w/ enough ways to tighten it for each individual). Also the platform is a little bigger, so these look as high but have about 1/4" less of an angle...

The taupe Miss Sixties came too - they ran an entire size too small, so the latest pair finally fits

Third pair came, & they feel decent but I'm gonna practice in these for sure (& the leopard ones)...



I'm kinda praying the 4th pair won't fit so I'll be forced to send them back I've lost my mind buying all this, trying to stick to the "life is short" mantra & not feel to guilty




I have to do these shoes justice & wear them as often as possible. Gonna practice walking in them tonight
