I don't like the gold on the second pair, because of exactly what CalhounSq. said. They are both great shoes though. The second pair is better for the tootsies, looks like they have stretch banding.

you people are bad. because of you I'm contemplating that tan pair of ralph lauren's at winners.

i said no to them because i have a pair of brown wide strapped heels and these are tan narrow strappy heels. and it would mean shopping for a purse to match them. arrgh! you are bad influences!

but tell me this. I danced all night a couple of years ago in my cute black strappy shoes and my feet were fine. Now this past weekend I have them on for a church function and my feet were killing me! Am I just older or less used to being in heels?

As for your shoes, how old are you? Depending on your age, you may have had problems because your feet change as you get older. Plus if you don't wear heels regularly that might affect you too.
