I've just been to the Dentists and had one of the worst experiences of my life!! I thought I was going for a nice little filling, but NO!
The sadistic bastard says "We'll pull this one out for you, it'll be much better". He gibes me the regular anasthetic and says "Can you feel me pulling at your tooth"
"AAARGHH!!!"
So, he gives me this extra strength shit and suddenly everything goes all weird...I went all dizzy and shit, they had to lower my heartbeat by lowering my head on the chair to its lowest position. I was terrified..
Finally, he pulls it out, only to give me this awful letter that says NO Alcohol On Night Of Extraction!!
Sadistic Bastard!! - Friday night and I've to stay in just so this mad dentist can get his kicks.

Sorry to hear of your bad experience. I had one when I was 12 and the man figured I could open my mouth real wide. He lost his cool and slapped me on the face. I told my mom, boy was she pissed. I am wary every time I sit in a dentist chair.

I think it is time to get a new dentist. One who you feel comfortable with. Ask your friends and family.
