exactly!
for lunch I had beef burritos - do beef strips with the flavour sachet
shredded lettuce, diced tomato, white onion or spring onion, coriander leaves, lemon juice, diced avocado - for easy version (I like the beans and rice version best, but that takes a while since the black beans only come in dried and take ages of cooking to reconstitute)
kid friendly - just the meat and tomato lettuce and capsicum with cheese, my kids can't get enough!

he likes his steak and spuds sigh

its belting down with rain, so i will have to wait 4 him to get home from work to go shopping.if i dont have a suggestion, he will spend half an hr in the meat section, rubbing his chin (thats when i know he is thinking) and still not have anything picked out- while i do the whole supermarket rolleyes
