The first 10 minutes were funny but not extremely funny.
But it kept getting funnier and funnier as the film went on. I found the flamboyant 'gay' Asian guy a bit tired but it's a personal dislike of mine when Asian men are portrayed as Bobby Trendy. There were some scenes that had me rolling though.

Saw it the other week and thought it was very good. Far funnier than I expected and it has the most laugh out loud moments of any film I've seen for a long time. It would definitely stand up to a 2nd or 3rd viewing for me. RIP

SUPRMAN said: This is a dark comedy and very, very funny. Not for children! . . .
Lots of laughs and well done. It's not realistic but you won't even care. Just like Las Vegas. Weren't you just bitching about the impossible timeline on another thread? I dug it too

it was definitely stupid and not that funny. The one time i laughed out loud was when the guy said that he didn t know they gave out rings for the holocaust. However it got applause at the end from some people in the audience which I haven t seen at a film for a long time.

Meh.....meh and meh
I mean its aiight. It had its moments like the gay asian dude, the chickens, the tiger in the bathroom...Mike was not funny and couldnt really act....it was a meh movie. 6 out of 10. I thought it relied too much on previous endeavors of other past dunken films. Straight Jacket Funk Affair

If you think that's dangerous, you'd better stay away from this flick. It gets a bit worse . . . The baby hit by the door was one of the funniest parts. The movie just lacked a good story behind it...kind of like Zach and Miri and Knocked Up..they had a good story inbetween the comedy. Thats what destroyed Pineapple Express..the last scenes in the barn just threw the whole entire story off...it got from realistic to ..ok "REALLY!?" Thats what happened here..the meeting Mike Tyson...the lady just casually says "theres my Tyler" (referring to her baby being brought back)...just stuff that just wouldnt really happen...really? A bed on the rooftop of the hotel right on the statue? Just stuff that wouldnt happen in reality. Thats what made Superbad funny...alot of that can happen....this? No I dont think so. And it's been done already. I've seen better on Jacka** 2. I even had some wine before I went and still didnt laugh that much...my partner and my friend agreed it just wasnt as we thought it would be, drunk or not. Straight Jacket Funk Affair

It's so funny that many people need visual, slapstick almost type of humour to find something funny.
This movie was full of hilarious little lines that many of the people I saw it with at the theatre totally missed. My friends and I were killing ourselves laughing at some of the things that were being said.

A guy I work w/ thought the funniest part was the baby jerking off I already had little respect for him yet I lost a bit more when he told me that It just SO wasn't the funniest thing in the movie!

My friends and I were killing ourselves laughing at some of the things that were being said. That's why I liked it a saw it twoce. Also the reason I enjoyed 'Charlie Wilson's War.' Full of comments that were hilarious if you knew the context. Which the movie didn't plan to provide. I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.
