an orger who used to be here had started up a website for fun. he invited a few fellow orgers via orgnote to join in on his site, an oasis away from the org where you could say what you wanted without worrying about getting strikes or bannination, i suppose. all was well until another orger dropped a bombshell: there were a few orgers talking mad crazy shit--and i do mean crazy shit--about other orgers on the other site. lotsa in-fighting. lotsa hurt feelings. LOTS OF DRAMA, and it all played out here on the org. 
at the time, i had just started out as a new moderator here on the org, since there weren't a whole lotta mods here at the time and i wanted to help out. about a few days to a week after i started moderating, the aforementioned shit went down...and for the most part, i was the lone mod who handled it. i was banning folks left n'right, deleting threads, locking shit...oooooh, it was uuuuugly. 
i gotta say in the 10 years i've been here, that was the worst event i ever seen. nothing will ever top that shit. The Edit That Shall Not Be Named
