Hey guys!! I really need some help with formatting(if thats the right word) some files/folders on my system so that they become either .rar files/folders or .zip files/folders!!

I know how 2 extract .rar files/folders and .zip files/folders easy enough after downloading from either Rapidshare, Megaupload and Mediafire!! But how do I format files/folders so that they become .rar and .zip files/folders?? And also do I have 2 do each file in a folder seperately or just the complete folder??

I have 2 do this so I can then upload some stuff onto Megaupload!!!!

Can someone help me through this, please???

Are you on Windows?

If so, right click the file or the folder that contains the files to compress and click send to > zip file
