What is your Ebay bidding style?

I find it funny, that people will bid on something immediately when they find something they want to bid on. By doing this all they are doing is driving the price up WAY before the auction even ends. I myself put things that I am interested in into my watch folder, and then I will bid on it the day that it is to end, unless it has a decent Buy It Now price,if that's the case I will jsut buy it.

What about you?

I wait until about 3 minutes to go then I'll bid, if I get beat at the last second, that's the breaks. It happens sometimes. It pisses me off when stupid ass people bid on something that has 5 days to go. What the fuck? You are just running up the price.
If you're not doing the fucking, then you're taking one.

I'm only a "Buy It Now" person because of the way people bid now, I got sick of it.

Shopping and bidding on Ebay can be fun, but you have to be very careful what you buy. I've gotten a few fake designer bags, and had to fight to get my money back.

How is it running up the price by bidding early? Someone would have to outbid your maximum to actually run the price up and then THEY are running up the price.

So if the bidding opens at .99 and your max bid is $100.00, you're still only bidding .99 when you bid early. How does that run up the price?
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

If people look and no one is biddings they may wait until later.
But if they look and see your bet mad "that MF is gonna get it for 0.99. No way. I'll overbid him" Next time you look your paying $20 or $30 for the same thing, supposing the other got tired of raising his bets again and again confused

Wait `til there's 10 seconds on the clock and hope your connection/PC doesn't hiccup. Pick your max bid and stick to it.

Always bid slightly over a round figure. Ie, £10.16 or £40.28.

Sometimes you can make a guess on another bidders max bid if they've bid a few times. Quite often you'll see failed bids of £3.00, then £4.00, then £5.00 then they're winning at £5.36. You could assume their current max bid is £6.00. Bid £6.10. Basically look for patterns.

I don't think you can see a bidders identity anymore, but I used to look at their bidding history sometimes, see if they're snipers too.

cool

I only bid with about 20 seconds 2 go. Most times I just purchase out right.
Buy it NOW.

Buy it now or sniping. I just don't have the patience for much else. Especially when I buy multiple items from the same seller to make shipping worth a damn paying, I better get some stuff I actually want.
