I hold a grudge for as long as I remember why I'm holding that grudge. Only thing is I have a shockingly bad memory, so it's not usually for too long lol
I'm not stopping. I haven't even taken my coat off

Depends on what it is and who it's against.
I don't think I'm much of a grudge holder, but if you break my trust I may never trust you again.
That's not really a grudge, though. That's self-protection.

I'm generally a quiet person but If I get angry I get really angry. But it doesn't last long. I'm usually on to something else after the fact.

2 1/2 minutes, give or take a couple of seconds nod. Far, far less time than that if a sincere apology is offered.

Not long at all. I usually immediately let it go if the person apologizes sincerely. Even if they don't I usually get over it. But then again, I've never been seriously wronged so I can't completely answer this question.

It really does depend on what i'm upset about. On average though, I hold it for about a day or two. Outliers: 1hr, and 2 years.

It depends on what it's about. There are some things I can get over... other things U may think I forgot, but... lurking

I try not to hold grudges since life is too short for all that, but sometimes, I do get caught up in the moment and hold a grudge for a couple of hours, then I let it go.
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Depends on who the person is and how bad they burned me. Some grudges can last a week, couple of months or for life. I have cut people off - they're "dead" to me, no longer exist in my world.

I only held one, and it was for two years. It was only for two years because that was the time period in which I didn't see the other guy.

He was an opposing kiddie basketball coach, and he ran up the score on my team when we only had three players. He pressed the whole game.

Then this year, our kids ended up on the same basketball team. I decided I'd rather have no grudges, so I went up and apologized for what happened two years ago (or, at least, my part in it. I wouldn't shake his hand after that game, and I told him he had no class).

It's all good now. We're friends, and I feel a lot better.

hmmm Well in the case of friends, I don't hold grudges like that. I usually just let them go if I get that mad about whatever the situation may be. I just cut off a few friends over some bullshit in which I was treated in a shitty way, and that was my way of letting go of the grudge, by letting them go because they simply weren't worth it. lol
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
