"Man you're old and washed up!" In the past 3 years I have heard this line from students or players of mine when they challenge me to stuff. I tend to shut up and laugh and then school them. this happened to me yesterday. I had a player say i couldn't hit the weights cause i was old and washed up. So I challenged him to a rep contest. I told him if he beat me I get him a steak dinner and If I beat him he owes me pushups and a taco from the local mexican joint. We took 185 pounds and did as many reps as possible, he stopped after 16. I proceeded to take my time and busted out 25. The thing is Im only 29 and I get this statement all the time from 16 - 18 year old kids Lol. Does this ever happen to you?

Yeah I get that a lot 2 but the problem with me is... It's true.

And you´re only 29 ! And they consider you old ? How depressing for all of us who are older than you.
