Renting an apartment? 1) Can I find an apartment with no job, but with almost 2 years rent available?
2) Can I find an apartment with a work at home job. What do I need to show them...? Bank statements to prove I can pay? thanks. unlucky7 reincarnated

Bank statements to prove I can pay? thanks. as long as u can prove u can pay, should be no problem references from previous rentals as well as for the work at home job- depends what it is- some places/councils wont let u work from home without relevant permits. some rental leases stipulate that the property is used for domestic purposes only. i havent been much help, have i my rental agent just left- 6mth inspection pass seems that i was busy doing something close to nothing, but different than the day before

I rented an apartment before I had my first job but the agent required someone to sign as guarantor for it, which a friend of my parents so kindly did for me.
Do you have tax returns showing your yearly income from your work at home?

Do you have tax returns showing your yearly income from your work at home? I *cough* am planning to uh get started with it in June. So I'm not sure how much I will bring in. I lost my last job in march and was there for almost 2 years. My mom is forcing me to go on a cruise with her during the summer. I told her no, but she still paid for it and is stitching me a dress. I guess she rather have me leave. She doesn't listen to me. I hope to find something by August 1st. unlucky7 reincarnated

I don't think I should pay that much upfront...but I heard they have 6-month and 12 month leases. unlucky7 reincarnated
