Sex in locker rooms ? Overrated ? I´ve been using standard "pro 80" protein shakes most of the time, sometimes I use whey protein shakes after a workout because they are supposed to get into your system much faster than regular pro 80 shakes, which I mostly use pre-workout or early in the morning to break the catabolic phase but I´d like to try something new for a change and everybody´s been raving about the phenomenal taste of BSN´s SYTNHA 6.
It´s not just the flavor that matters to me (though people seem to be REALLY impressed by it) but also the ingredients, namely six different sources of protein and no aspartame. Here´s a link but it seems that most of the customers are either working for BSN or they are easily impressed: http://www.syntha6.org/ Their English is also a bit weird but that´s a a whole different story. Thing is, BSN is one of the most expensive products over here due to the fact that it´s imported, and I also don´t want to support a company that sponsors freaks like Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman. I´m not really into hardcore bodybuilding, just want to stay muscular and in shape and look natural. So, discussions about good nutrition aside, has anyone here on the org tried this product, and is it any good? Is there a substantial difference between SYNTHA 6 and other products? thread title edit .....cause I know you´re going to at least take a look at this thread now...zero views in two days....wow ! [Edited 7/8/09 5:05am] " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

[Edited 7/8/09 5:05am] If you're buying it in a store, compare brands by ingredient lists. When checking nutrition check to see what they call a 'serving size.' That will tell you how different they are. They may also use varying types of protein. Make sure it's something your GI tract can handle (if you're lactose intolerant, you don't want casein as a leading ingredient.) Syntha 6 is not for someone who is lactose intolerant. Most of its protein is from milk. It's basically fortified milk and egg. You could do it cheaper at home I'm sure. It uses Sucralose as a sweetener. [Edited 7/12/09 18:37pm] I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.
