There is no way in hell I would go back to consistent use of fluoride toothpaste considering the risks and lack of real benefits.
Salt-based alternatives exist, and so do flouride-free and SLS free pastes. I've been using them for a year now and my teeth are gleaming white and cavity free. It's a myth that flouride is good for you. | |
