There is no way in hell I would go back to consistent use of fluoride toothpaste considering the risks and lack of real benefits.

Salt-based alternatives exist, and so do flouride-free and SLS free pastes. I've been using them for a year now and my teeth are gleaming white and cavity free. It's a myth that flouride is good for you.

a one time use ( it says ) though after the little center pearl is gone you could rinse with hot water and use several more times with whatever you wanna
