I know how she feels. I don't condone it, though. I'm a plus size myself and am taking that long road of eating right bit by bit. Anyway a while back I tried this diet called the Seattle Sutton diet. It was pretty much like J. Craig. If you slipped, of course nobody had to know but the rules were that u could only eat and drink their stuff. All willpower, necessary discipline (and fat jokes aside...way to go y'all... lol ) it CAN get boring pretty fast. So instead of wasting money on those planned meals, she would probably be better off doing her own thing. I found that out for myself and the results have been fab. I've learned portion control, healthier snacks, alternatives, and choosing heart-friendly foods. I splurge every now and then but keep it at a moderate thing.

She was offended because no matter how strongly feel about it, being overweight is a sensitive issue. And just because she's a "diva" doesn't mean that she can't be tender or as vulnerable as an average joe when it comes to weight and body image. It's deeper than being bored with the food choices.

Folks, this is the gospel truth. I tell my friends all the time, stop wasting your loot on fad diets, pills, books, CDs and all that shit. It's all about making a lifestyle change and using a common sense approach to eating. We all know what's good for us and what isn't. Like Lady said, smaller portions(@ five a day), more water/fruits & veggies, lay off Aretha's favorite foods, and get physically active.

As with any diet its not bout the food itself, its bout changing the way you see food. There is nothing wrong with going off menu once in a while and having something that's drowned in BBQ sauce and baked in butter. Aretha seems to need therapy to uncover her food issues, instead of starving herself or in this case gorging herself at every meal. The food is the result of the mental issues she has. No one needs THAT much comfort.

Aretha isn't taking the commitment seriously enough. Nobody said it was easy. That hat is terrible.

Christopher, why you in this thread when you know Aretha told you to get her that strawberry soda 20 minutes ago?

You know how she gets when she doesn't get her beverages on time mad
