Do You Take Your Good Health For Granted? Do you only go to a doctor just for minor stuff like being ill?
Do you get regular check ups?, pap smear, prostate gland checks? Or do you go "meh" nevermind/could care less and cross your fingers you never seriously get sick or find out you got something terminal?

I get all my annual stuff, regular physical, gyno, dental cleaning, eye exam, religiously every year. If I have insurance I do a mammogram for good measure. An ounce of prevention . . .  [Edited 5/18/09 14:19pm] | |

I take good care off myself and never take my health for granted. I try and eat well, I take regular exercise and have those check ups thats us women need! If I don't look after myself then no-one else will! Sometimes Life is like the post...You just don't get it! | |

Yep, that is me.
But have recently been trying to take better care of my health and am long over-due for a physical, probably been about 10 years or so. Since older ones have told me to take care of my health because when you get too old, you can't reverse yourself with all the old health issues. | |
