so we were actually right all along

Well, it seems that the whole bimmer thing was started in the UK and Germans don't call them bimmers OR beamers, if I'm not mistaken. I believe they say the acronym BMW pronounced "beh emm veh". But you'd have to ask a German to be sure. shrug
