My best friend (well she was) back for many years in grade-school thought the same. When I met the man I was later to marry, she (and other members of my family mind you) told me to not marry him, because we would have ugly kids. She told me to marry someone closer to my "look" and our children would be beautiful. My son is beautiful, and yes I'm not the only one who thinks so.

Her sister A, married a man with black hair and blue eyes to get blue-eyed kids...HER other sister B married some guy with brown hair and brown eyes...It was too funny to see both sister A's children turn out with brown hair and eyes, and sister B's come out with blonde hair blue eyes!

My son turned out beautiful. Genes don't care what you look like. It cares about what is recessive and what is dominant...there is no way you can know what a child is going to look like judging by what their parents look like - esp in this world of blended people.

In my book everyone has the right to reproduce if they want to. Why should that bother you if someone that you think is unattractive is pregnant or even having sex for that matter?
