seems everything one could say could be second guessed by another.
so I'm going to go with medical isotopes. we make about half of the world's supply at one plant 
linked to that... we produce 1/3 of all uranium in the world and are the only source of high grade deposits. 
it could also be argued that we produce the most high quality durum (used to make high quality pasta and couscous) in the world but our neighbor to the south does okay... we just produce more
